I have added you to the list and look forward to seeing you in class.

Please turn up 5 minutes early, and wear clothes suitable for practise:

Loose bottoms (eg jogging bottoms or something that will not restrict movement)

T-shirt or similar.

Flat indoor shoes: plimsolls, deck shoes or similar.

(Running shoes/trainers are not suitable, as they make balance difficult.)

You may train barefoot if you prefer.
