Beginner classes.
Our foundation program for kung fu or taiji is now an ongoing class- specifically for beginners.
Kung Fu Foundation: (3-6 months) will cover basic stances, punches and kicks, plus a lot of stretching and fitness work, punching and kicking pads, and self defence against common street attacks. At the end of this you will be ready to learn the kung fu forms.
Taiji Foundation: (3-6 months) will cover breathing exercises, chi kung (daoyin) exercises, taiji postures, steps and a short routine (Yang Style 8 posture form). At the end of this you will be ready to learn the more advanced taiji forms.
Junior Kung Fu: (5-7 years, and 8-13 years) Are taught in an age appropriate way, the benefits of traditional martial arts. Please see the 'about' button for more information.
